On the occasion of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago and the Accademia Italiana della Cucina Chicago Delegation present an event dedicated to the tradition of the Mediterranean diet, inspired by the theme Mediterranean Diet and Heritage Cuisine: Health and Tradition.
Two renowned Italian chefs and culinary experts with long experience in the US and Chicago – Mario Rizzotti and Dean Zanella – will discuss the Mediterranean diet’s uniqueness, providing healthy recipes and tricks to apply in your own kitchen. A tasting of olive oil, one of the key ingredients of the Mediterranean diet, will complete the evening.
