A selection procedure has been announced for the concession for spaces and services for the management of Italian language courses at the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago, pursuant to Ministerial Decree of November 2, 2017, No. 192, for the year 2025-2026.
The award entails the concession of spaces and services for the management of Italian language courses at the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago, located at 500 N Michigan Avenue, Suite 1405, Chicago, IL. The premises include four classrooms for teaching, a room for teachers and library consultation, an entrance and public reception area, and a space designated as a coffee and break area. This concession does not imply any transfer, even implicitly, of ownership of movable or immovable property. The concession relationship that will be established will be governed by the agreement attached to the concession, regulatory provisions, and the prescriptions outlined in the aforementioned acts.
The concession in question has a duration of one year, starting from April 19, 2025. Automatic renewal is excluded.
The concession fee for the base period of the tender, subject to increase, is set in U.S. dollars at $120,000.00, equivalent to €110,834.03 according to the exchange rate published by the Bank of Italy (€1 = $1.0833).
